The Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein apply to the shuzsociety™.com website (the “Site”) which is owned, operated and controlled by shuzsociety™. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use the Site. shuzsociety™ reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Use of Materials
shuzsociety™ offers free headlines for personal, non-commercial use via Really Simple Syndication (“RSS”) (RSS 2.0). RSS is an XML-based format for easily sharing headlines and summaries for use in your favorite readers and Web logs (blogs). The feeds include links back to the Site for the full article, and they update automatically. To use RSS, you will need a special RSS news reader or aggregator that will allow you to collect and display the RSS content.
Copy and paste the URL into the news reader. Please note that by accessing the RSS feeds, you agree to the Terms of Use, which govern your use of the RSS Service.

Forums

Other
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. You agree that any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
