Joni Marshall Floyd - co-founder of shuzsociety™ Joni is the wearer of many shoes and shuzsociety™ roles – each a tangible statement to her capability and balance. Capability and balance are a must (along with significant energy and primordial passion) as she excels in many day-to-day roles – mother, partner, serial entrepreneur, investor, corporate adviser, daughter, sister, friend, runner, strength trainer and life coach. With a well-heeled business background gained in twenty-five+ years of executive-level large company financial industry services experience, Joni has led the high-growth efforts of two of the nation’s Top 10 organizations in the eCommerce and payments processing industries. Most recently, Joni served as the COO of TransFirst Holdings, Inc, the 9th-largest payments company in the U.S., where she supported expansive growth via acquisition and integration of a multitude of acquired companies. As shuzsociety’s chief executive officer, Joni provides executive leadership, strategy, operating oversight and facilitates the business aspects of shuzsociety™.


Cindy Marshall - co-founder of shuzsociety™, Cindy leverages a 15-year career in brand management and marketing strategy with a long-time shoe obsession in her shuzsociety™ chief marketing officer role. Most recently the Advertising Manager of Brunswick’s MerCruiser Division, Cindy has extensive experience in developing and managing dealer programs, as well as launching and overseeing corporate marketing initiatives. Cindy believes that shoe styles define who we are and have a transforming power. Nicknamed "Cinderella" by friends and family who have adopted her philosophy of "it all starts with the shoes," Cindy oversees brand identity, platform development and advertising/marketing campaigns for shuzsociety™. Cindy has several aerobic and athletic pursuits – including extensive training for body building figure competitions and collecting shoes in the name of research!




Stephanie Lewis - having shared responsibility for the conception and organization of the initial Shuz Society, as the Managing Editor for the Fort Worth, TX-based Magnolia Media SHUZ Magazine , Steph was “all about shoes”, acting as shoe tour guide, shoe designer talent scout and footwear concierge. Her combined fashion industry experience in publishing and PR tallies 10+ years and includes an impressive list of luxury footwear designers and contacts. Relocating to Manhattan in 2004, Steph has performed public relations management for several respected footwear brands including Coach, Calvin Klein and Frye. Footsteps away from the country's most fantastic shoe and accessories showrooms, designers and retail establishments, as the shuzsociety™ Fashion Editor, Steph reports on everything shoes, from emerging footwear trends to the most creative designers of the day.




Frances Lawrence - has 20 plus years as a catalyst and revenue generator in media and marketing, with extensive expertise in launching new products. As the Publisher for the Ft. Worth, TX-based SHUZ Magazine, published by Magnolia Media, Frances managed the launch, handled business development and liaisoned with the footwear industry and designers. With over ten years' involvement in the footwear industry coupled with a personal passion for shoes, Frances counts amongst her close associates many of the leading designers in the fashion and footwear world. Having worked as a Ford model earlier in life, she brings to her shuzsociety™ Industry Relations role a wide knowledge of fashion and style.






Sarah Jones – brings her fashion industry experience, both retail and wholesale, to the shuzsociety™ sisterhood. Sarah has worked in many aspects of the fashion industry – from design and product development to marketing and sales, with involvement in both apparel and accessory design. Her passion for all things shoes resonates in her excitement and vision for incorporating designers, retailers, and our readers in the lifestyle benefits of shuzsociety.com.




Donna Sozio – A dating expert and celebrity Shoe-ologist, Donna is the author of the hit dating book, Never Trust a Man in Alligator Loafers. A shoe "intuitive" Donna is famed for giving insightful and entertaining shoe readings and personality predictions on the spot.
