Who is Nina?
Designing footwear in New York City since 1953, under the original direction of Mike and Stanley Silverstein, Nina is one of the last family-run companies in the fashion shoe industry. Nina has been, and continues to, be the number one resource for special occasion shoes in department stores.

They also offer a bevy of beautiful heels in satin. Price points? $69 to the mid $100s.

Fun Factoids:
Nina has been and continues to be the Official Footwear Sponsor of the Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants. The winner of each also receives a wardrobe of Nina shoes for their following year of activities. They outfitted the first Miss Universe in 1958. shuzsociety recently had the chance to meet their Corporate Creative Director Bob Webber in Vegas.

What about Bob?
Overseeing all women’s product development, and creative ad campaigns for Nina, Nina Dolls and Delman, Bob is busy. Having previously spent a decade at Kenneth Cole Productions, he’s been instrumental in the explosive growth of the Nina footwear brand. He’s also the founder of Generation 21 (G21.com), a social networking site connecting people with products and services that actively support the fulfillment of the 8 United Nations Millennium Goals.
